Ideas – good ideas can bring about amazing things.  But the experience of that idea is so much better.  Ideas live in minds.  Ideas live in words.  The realization of ideas brings about the experience of those ideas.  Developing a culture where people’s ideas come to fruition is a pretty exciting thing.

I love it when my friends or my students bring an idea.  The excitement of “what could be” will either become an experience or fizzle into nothingness.

But is an idea that doesn’t come to fruition – not a good idea?  I mean, an idea whether anything happens or not is still an idea.   I guess the work is to develop a culture of experience – a culture where ideas can become reality.
