What would it be like if I was able to get a list of everything that you have ever typed into a search box?  What would I learn about you?  What would it say?  What would be mis understood or mis represented – because of the “research” that you were doing?

The search box is the new confessional.  All of those queries are saved up somewhere.  The information might be available to the authorities for different things, but I am more interested in what the search box confessional would say about your identity.  Your search represents what goes on in your heart and mind.  Even if all the search is anonymous, people can figure this stuff out.  What does your search box confessional about you?
