Ok. I’m not thinking about the feelings and emotional part of the heart. I went on a mtn. bike ride with my good friend Bill. He wears a heart monitor when he goes on a ride. He keeps an eye on his heart rate as he rides up the mountain. He knows when to push and when to rest, and he does so efficiently because he can keep an eye on it.
Once, you’ve watched your heart enough, you can know how you are going to do just because you’ve learned to watch it. In essence, you can get to know your heart by watching it.
Now back to the feelings and emotional part – the principle works the same. Watch it to know it. Oh, and it even works with other people.
