So about a month ago, I wrote a post that I called 28.1%. That was my BMI – body mass index. According to the chart that I looked at, it said that at that percentage, I am overweight.
About a month later, I’m at 26.9%. I am still in the overweight category for my height and age according to this particular chart, but that’s quite alright. According to this chart, I need to lose 13 more pounds to get into the normal weight. I’m telling you right now, I’m not going to be able to lose that much weight. I don’t know that I want to.
But as the original post talks about – you can’t let a chart determine your identity.
For now, I’m overweight at 26.9%.
